Brittany Mahomes Named SI Swimsuit Rookie in Jaw-Dropping Video

Brittany Mahomes is in the spotlight right now, because her husband, Patrick Mahomes, is heading to his second consecutive Super Bowl with the Kansas City Chiefs. As the wife of the Chiefs' quarterback, Brittany is used to being front and center and getting lots of attention. But, that said, she's never been quite in the spotlight like she is now. Brittany was just named the 2024 Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Rookie of the Year. She's proud of it, too, as she took to social media to announce the news with a sizzling video and photos.

Brittany is an athlete, just like her husband. She played soccer at the University of Texas at Tyler. She's also the co-owner of an NWSL team, the Kansas City Current. Brittany, 28, recently went to San Pedro Ambergris Caye, Belize, for her photo shoot with the magazine. At the shoot, she told the magazine that she was "humbled and still in disbelief" that they wanted to feature her. Why wouldn't they? She's beautiful on the outside and inside, from what I can tell. It's always sweet to see her cheering on her husband at games with her kids by her side. She also said that "as a girl from Texas." Plus, she "never in a million years" thought she would ever have the chance to be in Sports Illustrated.

Also, with be a co-founded of the Kansas City Current, has been busy getting ready for the opening of CPKC Stadium, which Sports Illustrated describes as "the first purpose-built stadium used exclusively for women's professional soccer. It opens in March and will be the franchise's own venue and space. “These women deserve to feel important and have their own facility so that they can perform at their best," Mahomes said. Olivia Dunne is obviously someone who pretty much everyone knows as not only an athlete but also an influencer.

The junior on the LSU gymnastics team is the highest-paid female college athlete in America. She's a huge social media star and has plenty of endorsements.

Dunne is featured in the new Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue. For this issue, she was photographed by Ben Watts in Puerto Rico. In the magazine, she tells SI that, "My most viral Instagram post is a picture of me about to mount the beam at practice." That post has garnered more than 877,000 likes on Instagram, and her videos on TikTok regularly exceed one million views. That massive.
