Yesterday in Miami, the Dolphins were up 17-7 over the Browns at halftime. They cruised to an easy 39-17 victory behind Tua's 3 passing tds and rushing tds from Jeffrey Wilson and Raheem Mostert. But it was what happened before the game that set the tone for the day. A real life Dolphins Tailgate Wedding.
The bride and groom exchanged vows in full formal attire in the gate 12 lot with Hard Rock Stadium as the backdrop. Someone even brought an Arbor. Some call it a Wedding Arch, but I like the classier tone of calling it an "Arbor". They did it all, complete with a Officiant and a PA. Gotta make it so that those in the back can hear, too.
Based on the timestamp of that tweet, it looks like the Dolphins Tailgate Wedding went down around 10:30 in the morning.
Fall weddings are always tricky. There's always going to be groans from people who don't want to miss the game just because you didn't want to get married in July or February like everyone else. This is a pretty amazing compromise. You can tailgate before the wedding, and the reception is the game. Obviously the two getting married are hardcore fans, but I'm wondering how many family members responded with "you want to do what?" And I do have a thought. There's someone standing where the Best Man would normally be standing and I have questions.
Bro really wearing an Ajayi Jersey with pads
Congratulations you two!
Since we're talking Dolphins, can we also comment how awesome Mike McDaniel's shoes were?
The Price of Beer at Every NFL Stadium
The 2022 NFL Season is upon us and it's time to plan those game day trips. And when watching the NFL, beer is part of that budget. Maybe you plan to catch a game at an out of town stadium? Maybe Iām in Estero and every NFL stadium is out of town for me? Thatās actually a lot more true. How much is an Uber round trip to Tampa?
If you're looking for the 2023 data on NFL beer prices, you'll find that here.
So what about grabbing a beer at an out of town ballpark? Por que no los dos? But how much is it? Every year, sports business data firm Team Marketing Report releases its NFL Fan Cost Index and what they found, the price of beer varies greatly across the stadiums. Statista has really good data on this, too. And the price of a beer seems to be totally unrelated to how good the team is. A beer at a Jaguars game is double what they charge in Cincinnati at a Bengals game.. They could charge more. The Dolphins charge $11 which is why I show up drunk.
Maybe a lower priced option should be available? The Washington Commanders have no business charging for beer at all. They should make beer free to anyone willing to buy a ticket. And the beer should be brought to me. With peanuts. Enough with the conjecture. Letās analyze the price of beer at each of the NFL stadiums. Keep in mind that inflation is running pretty hot and I'm writing this on August 4th. They may raise the prices even more.
Pretty simple, team name, price for a small draft beer (or smallest and cheapest beer available), fun picture. And a bonus at the end, was the segment from Fox DC5 who were quite upset by the findings.
Lions $5
The Lions actually have a whole thing called the Power Hour with even cheaper beers.
Falcons $5
From what I'm hearing, the Falcons have very fan friendly pricing on many of their concessions.
Jets $5
Bengals $5.27
This may have gone up. Until the season starts we'll not know for sure.
Texans $6
Ravens $6.50
Browns $6.50
Cardinals $6.50
Broncos $7.50
Colts $8
Chiefs $8.50
Raiders $9
Steelers $9.29
Cowboys $9.50
Packers $9.50
Vikings $10
Titans $10.50
Panthers $10.50
Seahawks $10.50
I've heard reports of a couple of stands where you can find cheaper beers. Will update once confirmed.
Patriots $10.50
Eagles $11
Giants $11
I'm hearing that once the losses pile up, beer prices come down. Giants fans should be paying 5 bucks into the season.
Dolphins $11
Bears $11
Maybe they could use some of that money to fix the field?
Chargers $11
Bills $11
Rams $11
Jaguars $11.50
49ers $11.50
Saints $11.50
Buccaneers $11.50
Commanders $14
Wait, what?
Yes, the team from Washington has the highest priced "cheapest" beer. A team that hasn't finished above .500 in 5 years. They did make the playoffs in 2020 when they won the East with a 7-9 record. I am hearing that their cheapest beer is a tall boy. So that's something.

Thanks guys!
