Alamo Drafthouse Cinema In Naples Sets Opening Date
After the closing of Silverspot Cinema last year, Alamo Drafthouse Cinema in Naples has set an opening date.
Last summer it was announced that after 14 years Silverspot Cinema in Naples was closing and that Alamo Drafthouse Cinema would be taking its place. At that point, we knew it was going to open in early 2024, but there wasn’t an exact date announced. This theater looks absolutely incredible. They have 39 locations in cities all over the United States.
But this isn’t just any old movie theater. Alamo Drafthouse will feature scratch-made food delivered right to your seat with menu items including pizza, sandwiches, salads and a variety of appetizers. They’ll also feature local beers and craft cocktails. The theater will also have different events ranging from interactive movie parties, brunch screenings, live Q&A events and more. There’s also a mini golf course in the lobby!

The big question is when will Alamo Drafthouse be opening. And we finally have an answer: April 29th. And according to their website, that first week during staff training, you can enjoy 25% off select menu items. New movies playing during opening week include the new Henry Cavill movie The Ministry of Ungentlemanly Warfare and Unsung Hero. But they’re going into the archives and will also be showing The Matrix, Caddyshack, Jaws, King Kong, The Birds and more.
If you’re a regular movie-goer, there’s a way to save some money with the Alamo Season Pass. There’s both a single seat or multi seat plan that is good for one regularly priced movie per day, plus you can save your seat the minute it goes on sale. With movies priced at $16.99, you really only have to go twice to get your moneys worth. You can find more info on the season pass here
I’m looking forward to checking it out!
