Southwest Airlines Returns Lost Buzz Lightyear to 2-Year-Old With a Special Surprise
When 2-year-old Hagen Davis left his Buzz Lightyear toy on the plane to Dallas it was simply one more challenge the Davis family was encountering.
The family had just lost a relative and had to purchase emergency tickets to Dallas for a memorial service, according to a Facebook post from Ashley D.
"It was a long flight with a two-year-old, and myself 7 months pregnant. When we landed at Lovefield I thought that I had collected all our things. When we got to the rental car and were getting situated I quickly realized we didn’t have Buzz."
The plane Davis arrived on departed shortly after but luckily a LIT ramp agent named Jason found Buzz Lightyear with the name "Hagan" on his boot.
"A week or so after returning home from the funeral we received an email from Jason out of the Little Rock SWA airport that he had found Buzz and wanted to return him to our Buckaroo!," Ashley stated on her Facebook post.
"The thought and care he put into getting Hagen his Buzz back when Hagen left him on the plane in Dallas was beyond thoughtful and sweet it will be a memory he has to cherish forever and an incredibly cool story to tell as he gets older..."
