Neighbors in a Naples neighborhood have been left questioning the mindset of their fellow neighbor.
Over the last couple of days, 40-year-old Jeffrey Leibman turned his $500k home into a multicolor mess.
A mess you would expect to see in a movie made by a child. The transformation took place over the course of a few days.
"I can't believe it. I absolutely can't believe someone would do something like this," Alan Klawans told NBC2 in an interview.

“He obviously has a drug issue or something going on, Klawans told NBC2. “I have just never seen anything like this in my life."
According to reports, Leibman is being sued and is set to appear in court in mid-February.
