The Scream house will be hosting a final Halloween party for fans who want to celebrate the franchise.

This will be the second Screamoween, and attendees can wander, take selfies, and party in the house first made famous in the original 1996 film.

The house actually has residents, but they will be vacating the premised during the event. TMZ reports that the masterminds behind Screamoween are paying $10,000 to rent out the property. And since the owners want their privacy, this event will be the last.

The Scream house is located in Tomales, California, and only 150 tickets are for sale. Tickets run $199, but the event lasts ten hours, so party-goers will get their money's worth. Also, anyone attending must wear a costume.

Tickets can be purchased on the Screamoween website.
