It's Christmas time in Southwest Florida. And even though we won't see snow, we still enjoy a good Christmas Lights Display. Especially after the year we've had. If you're looking for the full list of all the happenings, you'll find that here. If you're looking to stay in and watch a Christmas movie and need help choosing - you'll find that here. This is about Christmas Lights in Southwest Florida.
I'm especially encouraged by the areas that were hard hit by Hurricane Ian who have found a way to celebrate the season. Tween Waters on Captiva did their 37th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Celebration. It's only been 2 months since that hurricane came through and they still found a way to bring the Christmas spirit to the islands. The had a tree lighting, and a visit from Santa. Just like they do every year. Absolutely amazing.
So where else can you go to see Christmas lights in Southwest Florida? There's actually a lot of choices, so you don't have to drive far. And just about everything on this list is free. Unlike all the presents on your list you still need to get. If your trying to do both, some of these displays are at shopping centers. Two birds, one stone. You get it. Let's have a look:
