Subway Footlong Cookies For One Day Only At Pop-Up In Florida
This Sunday, December 4th is National Cookie Day, according to NationalCalendarDay.com. There really is a day for everything.
Anyway, Subway is taking their ever so famous footlong sandwich name and mixing it up for the day, offering footlong cookies.
What's the catch? It's only being offered on Sunday at one location and for four hours only.
The location is here in Florida, but it's on the east coast. To get one of these foot long sweets, you'll need to make a donation to the Subway Cares Foundation.
According to Cheapism.com this was done last year in New York as part of the celebration of National Cookie Day. The pop-up was appropriately called Cookieway. This year, Cookieway will appear in the Little Havana neighborhood of Miami. So if you happen to be in the area on Sunday afternoon, head to 1575 SW 8th St. and try to score one of the shareable creations.
If you're not in Miami, you can always grab a regular old Subway cookie. They're always available. And to be honest, they're pretty good. My daughter just got a chocolate chip cookie there yesterday. It was delish!
These are the Subway Footlong Cookies you can choose from:
The Great Pickle
The star of this cookie show is its signature pickle flavor. As the most outrageous cookie on this list, every bite will contain salty potato chips, savory bacon crumbles, and Subway's brand-new dill pickles on top of peanut butter and marshmallow crème spreads, and a vanilla sugar cookie base.
The Subway Cookie Club
A double chocolate cookie base and vanilla frosting topped with chocolate chip, white chocolate macadamia and raspberry cheesecake cookie chunks, rainbow sprinkles, and chocolate and raspberry sauce.
The MexiCali
A vanilla sugar cookie base topped with dulce de leche, mole, and corn nuts, drizzled with white chocolate sauce, and finished with ground coffee, Tajín, and espresso chips.
The Monster
A double chocolate cookie base with a spread of peanut butter, topped with peanut butter cups, Reese's pieces, butterscotch morsels, and pretzels, with both chocolate and white chocolate sauce.
