Miami Hotel Makes Tripadvisor’s List Of Best In The U.S.

Here in The Sunshine State we have so many amazing hotels and a hotel in Miami has made Tripadvisor's list of the best in the U.S.

There's two types of people on vacation. Those that look at a hotel as just a place to sleep. And those who enjoy every amenity a hotel has to offer and a good/bad hotel can make or break a getaway. Depending on what kind of vacation I'm on, I could go either way. But I do tend to pick a nicer hotel, especially if it's somewhere I'll be for more than a few days. I like a good pool, great bar/dining options and a room that's not only comfortable, but a step up from the norm.

But what makes a hotel the very best? I suppose that each person has a different way of rating a hotel. Some may be most impressed by a warm and welcoming staff. Others may be most impressed by the interior aesthetic or a hotel's culinary offerings. Maybe a bed that feels like you're sleeping on a cloud. Or maybe great amenities like a pool, golf course or a spa.

Each year Tripadvisor releases their best hotel list of those in the world and in the U.S. For the best hotels in America, they look at what hotels users loved the most based on a high volume of above-and-beyond reviews over a 12-month period. For the full list, click here. Below are the top 10.
