A popular Florida food truck has been named one of the best in America by the experts at the Food Network. Food trucks are really all the rage right now. I'm always excited to try a new food truck and am rarely disappointed. Over the summer, I was at a music festival and ordered a hummus sandwich from a food truck I had never heard of, and it was literally one of the best hummus sandwiches I've ever had. So, you never know what magical item you'll find at a food truck. If you're looking for some amazing food trucks in the Sunshine State, here you go.

America's Best Food Trucks

The Food Network has scoured the country in search of the best food trucks. They picked 26 to highlight in a new article, and a few of them are in the regional area. "While certain cities have emerged as major food truck hubs (think Austin, Portland and LA), they're hardly the only spots where you can score incredible meals on wheels," the Food Network notes in the article. "Join us on a road trip of America's best on-the-go eats." The Food Network, of course, are experts at all things food, so you can trust what they say about food trucks. It's fascinating to look through their tally of food trucks and see all the different kinds of food offered. I love that food trucks have very specialized food.

So, which Florida food truck made the cut? It's Ms. Cheezious in Miami. The Food Network pokes fun a bit, saying that "no Miami bikini body is safe in the face of Ms. Cheezious and its out-of-bounds sandwiches." They offer a plethora of options and sandwiches, including "the Frito Pie Melt, with chili, jalapenos and corn chips on sourdough; the Mackin Melt, made with house-cured bacon and Gouda mac 'n' cheese; and even a S'mores Melt for dessert, coated with roasted marshmallow, salted hazelnut spread and graham cracker crumbles." As for their story, on their website, they state, "Since Ms. Cheezious' launch in 2010, Ms. Cheezious has become one of Miami's most popular brick and mortar and food truck destinations, earning a great number of rave reviews, including Food Network's Top 25 Food Trucks in the Country, South Beach Wine and Food Festival's People's Choice award for Best Food Truck two years in a row and Best Food Truck in the country by Daily Meal."
