Florida: WWE Is Coming To Town 7 Times Over The Next 3 Months

This is the time of year to get all your holiday decorations out, but you may want to consider getting all your wrestling gear ready, too. Prior to the main event in January, when the Royal Rumble takes over Tropicana Field, the WWE will be coming to Florida four different times between now and the end of December alone.

This holiday season, families will have ample chances to check out WWE in one form or another throughout various areas of the Florida region. In fact, one of the event stops falls ten days before Christmas, and two of them are in January (in case you are looking for stocking stuffers).

The biggest event of the group is, of course, the Royal Rumble. NXT is essentially the developmental arm of WWE and features up-and-coming wrestlers you may see one day performing for the big titles.

Tickets for NXT Deadline start at $34.45 (plus fees). SmackDown tickets are slightly more expensive, given the bigger brand and bill. They start at $43 (plus fees). Frankenmuth, Michigan, is the self-proclaimed Christmas capital city of the world. Okay, so many argue that Strasbourg, France, takes that honor, but Frankenmuth is close, and it's a lot cheaper to get there. No passport needed. The villiage's Franconian-style architecture has given it the loving name "Little Bavaria." Frankenmuth is also home to the world's biggest Christmas store.

Lancaster, Pennsylvania, is located in Pennsylvania Dutch Country, and it offers a beautiful view of snowy hills and Amish country. It's a very old-fashioned type of town, making it a charming winter getaway. There are plenty of fun, holiday-type things to do in Lancaster that won't break the bank.

You might never guess, but Las Vegas, Nevada, is a great spot for an affordable holiday trip. Think about it. Most people wouldn't think to go to "Sin City" for Christmas. Of course, it's much less the "sin" part these days, as Las Vegas offers fun activities for the whole family.
