The start of the work week is a time when many of us decide to buckle down, start over with a commitment to getting back on our diets and exercise. It's especially true if you saw the Barbie movie over the weekend while gorging on popcorn, soda and other snacks. Barbie has had huge influences on pop culture, fashion, food, cocktails and more this summer. And Margot Robbie, who plays Barbie, is the toast of the town. She looks so good in the movie that Google searches for her diet have exploded. We have some tips on how to get Margot Robbie's Barbie Body here.

The folks at Total Shape say that Google searches for her diet are up by a whopping 1364%. They break it down for her typical day of eating. First, in preparation for a role like this one the actress avoids saturated fats, fast foods and high amounts of sugar.

A typical breakfast for the actress is oats with blueberries. She washes it down with a kale and apple smoothie. The oats tend to keep you full longer and less likely to snack. Blueberries, apples and kale all have a range of health benefits.

Next, lunch cuisine. It's all about protein for Robbie. Some of her favorites include lemon chicken and brown rice. Another one is, ready for this...mackerel with tomatoes and cucumbers. Chicken and mackerel are both so-called complete proteins. This means they have all nine essential amino acids, good for muscle recovery and growth.

Finally, for dinner she has a mix of protein and carbs. She is fond of tuna steaks and sweet potatoes. However, sometimes she opts for a vegetarian meal featuring a vegetable hot pot with rice noodles.

A spokesperson for Total Shape says, While the foods within Margot's diet have plenty of health benefits, it's important to remember that one diet does not suit everybody. It can be helpful to try different foods to see what works best for your goals, whether that be weight loss or building muscle."

Barbie inspired fashion

Like it or not, Barbie fashion has to have a splash of pink. It's a color that might not suit everyone. However, it can if you pick the right shade. Boohoo experts say if you have warmer or more golden undertones, opt for pinks with a yellow undertone. Think shades that are more coppers, rose golds, peachy-toned pinks and corals. These colors will better highlight your complexion.  If you have a cool or blueish undertone, try magentas, plummy pinks and fuchsias.

Statement Shoes

Shoes can make or break an outfit. While high heels are a signature, they are not the only thing Barbie wears. There are some new trainers out with a Barbie theme. Consider buying ones with a platform to add height and elongate legs.  Strappy sandals are good with playful summer dresses, long flowy skirts and denim shorts with a pair of tie-up or slip-on sandals.

Cowboy boots and Western-style boots are everywhere this summer, so finding the perfect pair when there are so many options is challenging. If you want to style these boots for an event such as a festival or party, try solid colors or play with metallics to stand out, just like Barbie.

Textures and Fabrics

Don't play it safe here. Feathers are a great way to jazz up any outfit. You could style a feathery top with your favorite jeans or trousers. Or pair a feathery mini skirt with a minimal top if you are going to a fun concert. Ruffles are very in this season. Layered rah-rah skirts are perfect, or those with a bit of volume look great paired with a denim jacket or cowboy boots for a festival look.

No wardrobe is complete without a splash of denim. Whether in the form of a dress, dungarees, jeans or a skirt, denim is a fabric staple. If you want to branch out and cover all basis of the material, try dark denim in indigo or navy, which will add an editorial feel to an outfit. Do not be afraid to play with contrast denim and shades of denim that complement each other; double denim is fashionable when done correctly.
