Beginning today, August 4th kids eat free this weekend at Jason's Deli of Southwest Florida. “Kids Eat Free” event runs through Sunday, Aug. 6 at restaurant locations in Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Naples. Diana Willis, owner-operator of Jason’s Deli of Southwest Florida says “This is our fifteenth year providing free kids meals with an adult entrée and we are delighted to offer healthier meal options and savings on costs incurred at this time of year. As a bonus, our ice cream is free!”

The restaurant is offering complimentary meals to children aged 12 and under with the purchase of an adult meal. The offer is good for both dine in and carry out. This free dining event is intended to give parents a little relief as they get ready for back to school. According to a recent survey by the National Retail Federation, families with children in elementary through high school plan to spend an average of $890 on school items for the 2023-24 school year. That's about $25 more than last year.
Jason's Deli touts healthy alternatives to dining out. They were the first major restaurant concept to eliminate high-fructose corn syrup. They offer gluten sensitive and vegetarian options too. Chicken served is antibiotic-free and the milk is organic. The salad bar is legendary. So is the free soft serve ice cream.
