Sony states that it “strives to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction” and that Cyberpunk 2077 has been removed from the Playstation store. If you purchased your copy of the game in the store, you are entitled to a full refund.

The game released just over a week ago and has been trashed online for the bugs and glitches especially for those gamers playing on the Xbox One and Playstation 4. People playing on these consoles have experienced freezes, long load in screens, and NPC’s having blurred faces.

On Monday, CD Projekt, the maker of the game, offered refunds to those players experiencing the problems.

The games problems were known, as the original launch date had been pushed back several times with an original release date of April 16th.
