Gamestop and Houston Outlaws Offer Overwatch Pro Training Series
If you're looking for some tips and tricks on how to up your Overwatch game, look no further. The Houston Outlaws and GameStop will team-up for a second year to offer the amateur community an opportunity to learn how to play Overwatch from the pros through GameStop’s esports pro training series. Whether a player is intermediate or training to go pro one day, the Houston Outlaws will teach players how to play support and damage characters in Overwatch.
“The GameStop pro training series is an online platform that supports amateurs at the grassroots level who are looking to learn new techniques and strategy from the top professionals in esports – it’s a win-win for our customers who are looking to gain a competitive edge on games such as Overwatch,” said Frank Hamlin, chief customer officer for GameStop. “We’re very happy to continue our partnership with the Houston Outlaws and take our relationship to new heights in 2020.”
Who to watch and where
Many of your favorite players on the Outlaws will be offering advice on various heroes in Overwatch. For the supports out there, Boink will be covering Lucio while Rawkus gives some tips on Ana. And our DPS players will be able to learn Doomfist with Blase, Sombra from Danteh, and LiNkzer will be covering Widowmaker. You can check out this season's videos here!
Last season's videos are also available, and you can find them here! The video series both cover an array of basic and advanced techniques to help up the game of any Overwatch player.
