A pair of baseball fans aren't too thrilled that they haven't gotten their money back for tickets to games that have been called off due to the coronavirus outbreak.
New Yorkers Matthew Ajzenman and Susan Terry-Bazer were reportedly denied refunds for their purchases, so they're taking the MLB, the individual teams, and its third-party resellers to court.
Filed Monday in California, the suit hopes to earn class-action status as more plaintiffs who are "similarly situated" pile on.
Officially the league considers the games are postponed, which ESPN says means they're able to keep the proceeds.
