Tom Hanks And Rita Wilson Have Been Released From Hospital

There is some good news amidst the coronavirus pandemic as Tom Hanks and Rita Wilson have been released from the hospital. CNN explains that the couple is still in Australia, but there are now self-quarantining at home. The pair were in Australia to work on a film about Elvis Presley. Tom was set to play Colonel Tom Parker, Presley's manager. Production on the film is currently suspended.

Tom and Rita were the first celebrities reported to have coronavirus. They have been updating fans via social media on their progress. In his last post, Tom shared a photo of a stuffed kangaroo holding an Australian flag, and a look at his Vegemite toast meal.  He captioned the picture, "Thanks to the Helpers. Let’s take care of ourselves and each other. Hanx."
