Minnesota Timberwolves Ask Drake Not To Wear Their Gear

TORONTO, ON – MAY 01: Drake looks on from his court side seat in the second half of Game One of the Eastern Conference Semifinals between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Toronto Raptors during the 2018 NBA Playoffs at Air Canada Centre on May 1, 2018 in Toronto, Canada. Drake loves to work sports gear into his clothing ensembles, but some fans have noticed that when he does, that team tends to lose.

Most recently the alleged curse revealed itself again with the Alabama Crimson Tide getting rolled over by Clemson at the national championship game last week. Drizzy was wearing their merch just days earlier.

Now that fellow Canadian Andrew Wiggins is setting the team's playlists, working in Drake's music, the Minnesota Timberwolves aren't taking any chances with the rapper putting on T-Wolves gear.

Issuing a statement on Twitter, the team writes, "We love you, @Drake… but please refrain from wearing any Wolves gear in public. we don't need that curse".

Which other sports curses do you believe are real? What superstitions do you follow?
