Hmmmm perhaps it's best not to take any real estate tips from Kyrie Irving after he just sold his mansion for less than half of what he wanted.
The Celtics star initially asked for $1.7 million on the Cleveland area home, but after little interest, he dropped the price to $1.17 million in July. After still receiving no bites, Irving went even lower, asking below $800k, finally settling on a $755,000 bid early this month. Worse off for Irving, the price he accepted is below what he paid for the home when he purchased it from ex-teammate Daniel "Boobie" Gibson in 2014.
