Shemon & Sheppard – In The Afternoon

Thursday Night Football features the Washington Commanders and the Chicago Bears. (Let’s hope it’s better than last week’s Indianapolis Colts and Denver Broncos contest!). Normally I would do Commanders and Bears trivia on a day like today.  But I’ve decided to mix things up and do Washington and Chicago Trivia (as in the cities themselves) on Wiki-Pete-ia on the Shemon and Sheppard Show .

In case you are not fortunate enough to be lucky caller number nine at 239-337-ESPN, then you are in luck!  Play at home and dazzle your family!  Stump your co-workers with useless knowledge!  Amaze your friends with your newfound intelligence!  Below are the actual questions AND ANSWERS heard during Wiki-Pete-ia on our show.

I’ve been to Washington DC and Chicago during my lifetime.  Both have a wonderful sense of history, architecture and museums.  Chicago is known for good food and beer and the District of Columbia is the center for our federal government.  Both cities host numerous professional sports franchises.  In fact, the local NFL franchises have great histories but both have fallen on hard times as of late.  So let’s hope the Commanders and the Bears put on a good show.  In the meantime, let’s have fun with Washington and Chicago Trivia .

Good luck to you!
