I really expected these prices to be higher. Turns out, the 10 most expensive houses for sale in Captiva right now are considerably less then most of the ones in Naples. If you want to live in Southwest Florida and don't want to have to deal with as many people. Why not live on an island?

10. 134 Useppa Is - $3,100,000
This one has a Captiva address, though technically it's on Useppa. If you're buying this one, budget for a boat. You'll need it.
9. 2 Beach Homes - $3,395,000
Strange address.
8. 5 Sunset Captiva Ln - $3,595,000
The house isn't huge, you're paying for the location. And that's amazing.
7. 16897 Captiva Dr - $4,989,000
What can I get for 5 mil on an island away from other people. This one:

The northern end of the island, I drove past this one when I stayed at South Seas Island Resort one time. Absolutely amazing, plus there's a tourist boat that goes to Useppa in case someone you know buys number 10 on the list.

Now we're getting to the big ones. 7 bed 6 bath invite everyone you know to hang out types of homes. Like this one:

It's 4 bedroom but the 5,697 square feet means lots or room to enjoy life. This is number one on the list for a reason - it's absolutely amazing. Need to make a few extra bucks? Rent out the pool area to shoot rap videos. If I had the cash I'd buy this now.
