Spring Cleaning benefits

I for one have trouble functioning if there is too much clutter around me. I feel like it clutters my creativity as well. So this week I'm joining the millions of others embarking on spring cleaning and I challenge you to do a little to. Start somewhere simple, like one refrigerator shelf. Throw out that expired jar of capers or that moldy cheese that got shoved in the back of your drawer. One shelf will likely lead to two and in no time at all, your refrigerator will look great. When you open it, I bet you will FEEL great as well.
