This is the last week before Halloween and there are kinds of festivities and parties. While some people start planning and even designing their costume for Halloween months in advance, others have no clue what to do. In Southwest Florida, we also have to consider the heat and humidity levels when costuming. With limited time, and some times limited resources, how can you pull off a good getup?
