Tropical Storm Dorian Churns Towards Florida, potential weekend impact

According to reports, Hurricane Hunters couldn't find a clear center during their latest flight due to the storm moving across St. Lucia. That disruption and dry air is preventing Dorian from intensifying.
Heavy rainfall over portions of the Lesser Antilles, Puerto Rico and the Dominican Republic could produce flash flood flooding during the next few days.
