Police were called to the scene after someone reported a passed-out man with his pants down. But surprise, surprise! This wasn't a dude at all. It was just wild Theresa, doing her thing behind the statue of Jose Marti, the Cuban independence leader. Nothing gets Theresa hotter than powerful historical men apparently.
So, some random dude sees her with her pants down, getting a little too intimate with herself in public and he calls the cops. An officer confirmed the sighting, saying he saw Theresa “vigorously” pleasuring herself next to the rock-hard statue of Jose Marti. Now, they didn’t say how long he watched, but it was long enough to call in backup.
