Naples Florida Man Attacks Van With Golf Club Over Parking Dispute
I gotta tell ya, what’s freakin’ me out about this story is that I think I have the same shirt as this guy. That’s Naples Florida Man Matthew Ian Soloman, and he was caught using his golf clubs in a way they weren’t intended.
Back on Tuesday of this week, a victim reported his work van was intentionally damaged while parked at 465 Broad Avenue South. If you’re not familiar, that’s a pretty nice section of Old Naples. Just a couple of blocks from Tommy Bahama. Those are million dollar condos, so the driver probably thought it was a safe place to park the van and get some work done. There was no guest parking available, so the guy parked his van in one of the resident spots. He’s just trying to do his job.
When he got back to his van, he noticed that there were dents all over it. According to the Naples Police Department “A witness observed the resident of the assigned parking spot hit the van repeatedly with a golf club after becoming angry someone was parked in his spot.”
With a witness, the Naples Police were able to identify that it was Matthew that attacked the work van with a golf club. Matthew turned himself in to the cops and was arrested for Criminal Mischief over $1,000. No further details were available as to which club he used to attack the van.
Do you go with a titanium driver for the reach and strength? Or the much faster and shorter sand wedge? I need more info on this Naples Florida Man and I’d really love the backstory.
