Florida Man Only Eats Mac and Cheese For Last 17 Years

Kraft Plans To Raise Prices On Numerous Products In Next Year

Florida Man Only Eats Mac and Cheese For Last 17 Years.

As I sit here staring at my mountain of macaroni and cheese, I can't help but feel a sense of excitement wash over me. You see, I've recently decided to embark on a journey that some may call foolish, others ambitious, but I like to think of it as just downright delicious.

I've decided to only eat macaroni and cheese for the next 17 years.

Now before you go and call the authorities on me for making such a questionable life choice, let me explain. I've always been a big fan of classic comfort food, and while some may argue that there are more refined or "classy" pasta dishes out there, I say phooey to that. Give me a big ol' bowl of gooey, cheese-covered noodles any day of the week.

But as I began to contemplate this decision further, I realized that there was one major problem with my plan: variety. How could I possibly survive on just mac and cheese for 17 whole years?

Well, it turns out that with a little bit of creativity (and perhaps a pinch of insanity), the possibilities are endless. I could try adding different types of cheeses to mix things up, or perhaps throw in some veggies for a more well-rounded meal. The options are endless, and I am nothing if not a master of improvisation.

Plus, think of all the money I'll save by not having to constantly buy new ingredients for my meals. I'll be able to retire early and live out the rest of my days in a cheese-filled paradise. Though it could turn out to be a nightmare in disguise.

Florida Man:

Austin Davis, a 20-year-old Florida resident, was highlighted in a VICE  documentary and talked about his addiction to Mac and Cheese. The man has only ingested the food for the last 17 years!

According to Lad Bible, during one scene, Davis goes grocery shopping with the film crew and states that nothing on the shelves appeals to his palate, that the raw meat aisle is a "hellscape," and that he doesn't recognize most of the vegetables.

He only purchases Velveeta macaroni and cheese since it is the most "consistent" and "always tastes pretty much the same."

While it may seem funny at first, the truth is actually really sad. Davis suffers from  Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. It is an anxiety disorder characterized by the refusal to eat any food, regardless of the type, as a result of a bad reaction to particular sensory aspects of that food.

While the creamy, cheese-covered noodles may be tempting, the thought of Austin's 17 years' worth of beige-colored meals is enough to make me lose my appetite. No matter how much I love Mac and cheese, it is important to have a varied and balanced diet.  So, with a heavy heart and a rumbling stomach, I must bid farewell to the thought of a Mac and cheese-filled existence.

Favorite Burger Chains Across The Country

All eyes have not only been on Buckingham Palace over the last week, but also on  burgers.  National Cheeseburger Day was Sunday. However cheeseburgers are a big deal all year round, especially with football season and tailgating underway. What do you think are the favorite burger chains across the country?

The the Burger Index is a study on consumption preferences and trends in America by Top Data. According to the organization, there has been a significant increase in demand for burgers in the country. The data shows a 10.6% increase in consumption compared to last year.

While there's nothing quite a like a backyard burger cooked just the way you like it, fast food burgers are still booming. Sometimes you need a quick fix. So where do you go?

When it comes to Florida, the rankings are a little different from the rest of the country. However, Florida always seems to be "a little different" from the rest of the country. Wendy's takes the top spot for burgers in the Sunshine State. Next on the list, in order from top to bottom are Whataburger, Smashburger, Krystal and Steak n' Shake.

There has been a lot of talk about burgers this week. Everything from the best cheese to use, to where that cheese should be placed. As in top or bottom of the meat patty.

Here are American's favorite burger chains across the country.
