After two years of travel restrictions, this summer the demand for travel has gone up and if you're looking to take a trip this fall, Travel Off Path has made a list of the top destinations in the U.S.

I was just reading that the price of airfare is expected to go down this fall, in fact Hopper expects prices to drop 40%, which would definitely be a welcome change after what flight prices have looked like over the last few months, so when that happens taking a vacation will be up there for me on my to-do list. I'd love to go somewhere where the leaves change color maybe North Carolina or Tennessee, do some hiking and take in some beautiful scenery.

Everyone has their preferences when it comes to where to go on vacation whether it be somewhere warm, somewhere with lots of things to do or somewhere where you can tune out the rest of the world and just relax. Cost seems to be the top consideration for trip planning, however it doesn't seem to be stopping anyone as Americans are making their budget work to get a trip in this fall. But that could also explain with travel within the U.S. is popular, with 81% of American planning to travel.

Florida Airport Vying For Best Bathrooms In America

When it comes to public bathrooms, I'm sure you're more likely to remember a really gross one over a really nice one, but one Florida airport is vying for the title of Best Bathrooms in America.

Since I was a kid, I've always been grossed out by public bathrooms, but when nature calls and it's necessary, I'm always hoping for a nice one. I will say, lately I've run into more clean bathrooms than nasty ones, but even just a slight odor will have me turning around and walking right out the door. So let's just say, I can appreciate a beautiful bathroom.

Now, maybe a bathroom isn't something you really think about, you just go in and get out after your business is done. I will say, thinking about it now, my mom always points out a good bathroom to me. We could be anywhere...a restaurant, a store, a mall, an airport and she'll always come out, if she sees something interesting, saying "Mar, ya gotta check out the bathroom!" Not really something I'd check out if not needed, but hey, everyone's got their thing.

The Cintas Corporation, the company that provides uniforms, cleaning, and bathroom supplies for businesses, is running a contest trying to find the Best Bathrooms in America. They’ve narrowed it down to 10 finalists, of which Tampa International Airport is one of them. The bathrooms were judged on cleanliness, visual appeal, innovation, functionality and unique design elements.

The other finalists include the Stone Mountain Public House in Georgia, the Delaware Botanic Gardens, Headlands Lodge And Spa in Oregon, Eberly restaurant in Austin, La Pâtisserie in Charleston, Newark Liberty International Airport's Terminal B All-Gender Restroom, No. 5 Bistro & Bar in Sedalia, MO, the North Hollywood Recreation Center and Tori Tori in Orlando.

It would be pretty cool to see a Florida airport win the title of Best Bathrooms in America and if you'd like to cast your vote, click here
