Lee County leaders voted Tuesday morning to reopen the beaches and parks starting on Wednesday morning, according to NBC2.
Beach hours will be from dawn to dusk and park hours will operate under their regularly scheduled hours.
Bathrooms and parking lots will be open. You can sunbathe, exercise, and swim, but must socially distance yourself from others. You do not need to wear a mask on the beach.

- Bonita Beach Park
- Bowditch Point Park
- Bowman’s Beach Park
- Causeway Islands
- Crescent Beach Family Park
- Little Hickory Island Beach Park
- Lynn Hall Memorial Beach Park
- San Carlos/Bunche Beach Preserve
- Turner Beach Park
The following beach accesses will also be open:
- Alison Hagerup Beach Park
- Andy Rosse Lane Park
- Boca Grande Beach Accesses
- Bonita Beach Accesses
- Dog Beach Park
- Estero Island Beach Accesses
The following amenities at all Lee County locations will remain closed:
- Playgrounds
- Pavillions
- Recreation centers
- Soccer, lacrosse and football fields
- Basketball courts
- Piers
- Splash pads and pools
