Kobe Bryant, the 18-time All-Star and third-highest scorer in NBA history, turned the big 4-0 on Thursday and practically everyone in the league wanted to celebrate.
Several of Bryant's former Lakers teammates, former opponents, and current players took to Twitter to send their birthday wishes to "The Black Mamba." The NBA posted a tribute to their official social media accounts asking fans to "Join us in wishing @Lakers legend @kobebryant a HAPPY 40th BIRTHDAY," and spent much of the day sharing videos from Bryant's greatest performances on the court.
