Police in Fort Myers responded to a shots fired call at the Suns Courtyard Condominiums shortly after 8:30 a.m. this morning.
When officers arrived at the scene, they found two victims suffering from apparent gun shot wounds.
According to News-Press, both men were transported to Lee Memorial Hospital by medevac and are undergoing surgery.
The report states that the Fort Myers Police Department said there is no additional threat to the public at this time.
While information is limited, it appears the disturbance was isolated between the two victims.
At this time, it is not known what events led up to the shooting.
Police are not pursuing any suspects at this time.
