Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers Upset the Dallas Cowboys Highlight Week 10 NFL Betting Storylines

Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers upset the Dallas Cowboys highlight week 10 NFL betting storylines.

Green Bay Packers and Other Top Week 10 Betting Storylines

1. Aaron Rodgers and Green Bay closed as 3.5-point home underdogs, the largest home underdog role of Rodgers’ career. Green Bay won the game outright as a +170 underdog. Both home underdogs this week won outright (also Carolina on Thursday).

2. Tennessee covered for the 7th straight week, its longest streak since 2008 (8 straight). It’s the longest active streak in the league. Tennessee is 7-2 ATS, tied with the New York Giants for the best mark in the league. New York pushed on its win total (7) with its win Sunday.

3. Kansas City covered for the first time at home this season (1-4 ATS). Patrick Mahomes is now the +140 MVP favorite, breaking a tie with Josh Allen entering the week.

4. Sean McVay’s dominance over Arizona hit a roadblock. McVay drops to 11-2 outright and ATS against Arizona after Sunday’s loss. With the win, Kliff Kingsbury improved to 17-16-1 outright as an underdog. He is 11-14 outright as a favorite, making him the only coach in the Super Bowl era with a winning record as an underdog and a losing record as a favorite (min. 15 games).  We talked about this game a lot on Shemon and Sheppard but didn't know at the time that both starting QB's would not play.

5. Tampa Bay covered for the first time in 8 weeks, improving to 1-6-1 ATS in its last eight games.

The Price of Beer at Every NFL Stadium

The 2022 NFL Season is upon us and it's time to plan those game day trips. And when watching the NFL, beer is part of that budget. Maybe you plan to catch a game at an out of town stadium? Maybe I’m in Estero and every NFL stadium is out of town for me? That’s actually a lot more true. How much is an Uber round trip to Tampa?

If you're looking for the 2023 data on NFL beer prices, you'll find that here

So what about grabbing a beer at an out of town ballpark? Por que no los dos? But how much is it? Every year, sports business data firm Team Marketing Report releases its NFL Fan Cost Index and what they found, the price of beer varies greatly across the stadiums. Statista has really good data on this, too.  And the price of a beer seems to be totally unrelated to how good the team is. A beer at a Jaguars game is double what they charge in Cincinnati at a Bengals game.. They could charge more. The Dolphins charge $11 which is why I show up drunk.

Maybe a lower priced option should be available? The Washington Commanders have no business charging for beer at all. They should make beer free to anyone willing to buy a ticket. And the beer should be brought to me. With peanuts. Enough with the conjecture. Let’s analyze the price of beer at each of the NFL stadiums. Keep in mind that inflation is running pretty hot and I'm writing this on August 4th. They may raise the prices even more.

Pretty simple, team name, price for a small draft beer (or smallest and cheapest beer available), fun picture.  And a bonus at the end, was the segment from Fox DC5 who were quite upset by the findings.

Lions $5

The Lions actually have a whole thing called the Power Hour with even cheaper beers.

Falcons $5

From what I'm hearing, the Falcons have very fan friendly pricing on many of their concessions.

Jets $5

Bengals $5.27

This may have gone up. Until the season starts we'll not know for sure.

Texans $6

Ravens $6.50

Browns $6.50

Cardinals $6.50

Broncos $7.50

Colts $8

Chiefs $8.50

Raiders $9

Steelers $9.29

Cowboys $9.50

Packers $9.50

Vikings $10

Titans $10.50

Panthers $10.50

Seahawks $10.50

I've heard reports of a couple of stands where you can find cheaper beers. Will update once confirmed.

Patriots $10.50

Eagles $11

Giants $11

I'm hearing that once the losses pile up, beer prices come down. Giants fans should be paying 5 bucks into the season.

Dolphins $11

Bears $11

Maybe they could use some of that money to fix the field?

Chargers $11

Bills $11

Rams $11

Jaguars $11.50

49ers $11.50

Saints $11.50

Buccaneers $11.50

Commanders $14

Wait, what?

Yes, the team from Washington has the highest priced "cheapest" beer. A team that hasn't finished above .500 in 5 years. They did make the playoffs in 2020 when they won the East with a 7-9 record. I am hearing that their cheapest beer is a tall boy. So that's something.

Thanks guys!
