In a huge nationwide party, Verizon is kicking off its first Super Bowl Fan Fest February 9th. The Tampa event, featuring NFL legend Derrick Brooks, will turn Sparkman Wharf into a football fan's dream.

"Super Bowl LIX is the most anticipated sporting event of the year but few get to experience it in person; we wanted to bring that collective excitement and energy to fans across the country with once-in-a-lifetime access they'll never forget," said Leslie Berland to NFL.com.

From 4:30 p.m. until 10 p.m., Tampa's party comes alive with former Buccaneers stars, the fan-favorite Captain Fear mascot, and the team's cheerleaders. Big screens will show every exciting moment of the game.

The event is free to attend, however you will need tickets to RSVP. Verizon customers can grab free tickets at VerizonFanFest.com while they last. Each ticket holder can bring friends to join the party.

The place will be packed with local food trucks dishing out game-day favorites and drinks. Kids can play lawn games and join activities while bands play live music.

NFL stadiums across the country will become huge party spots. MetLife Stadium, SoFi Stadium, Nissan Stadium, and Mile High Stadium are all part of the nationwide celebration.

At each location, fans can hang out with local football heroes. Some spots will sell special team gear.

Keep an eye out for more tickets as we get closer to game day. There will be several additional ticket drops leading up to the big game.
