Everyone can use a little R&R and if you're looking for somewhere that's a cut above the rest, 3 Florida hotel spas have made USA Today's 10 Best list.
We all live crazy, hectic lives. Whether it's working a demanding job, running the kids here, there and everywhere or just keeping up with bills and the daily chores around the house. I love taking a spa day and just relaxing. Enjoying a massage, a facial, a steam room or sauna and just letting the stress of life melt away. While we have a lot of luxurious places here in Southwest Florida, there are 3 Florida hotel spas that made USA Today's list of the 10 best. And best of all, you don't even have to be a hotel guest there to enjoy them.
3 Florida Hotel Spas Made USA Today's 10 Best List
You may think of a spa at a hotel as an amenity for guests. But did you know that most spas are open to the public? Whether it's a day pass they offer or offer a menu of services to enjoy, it makes for a great daycation. And while we have so many wonderful hotels and resorts around the state of Florida, there are 3 hotel spas that are the very best. USA Today released their 10 Best list of the Best Hotel Spas. The spas were chosen by a panel of experts and voted on by readers.
Coming in at #6 is Eau Spa at Eau Palm Beach Resort & Spa in Manalapan. This spa is massive, featuring 19 treatment rooms. You'll also find a candle-lit Wishing Well, a garden with dipping pools, scrub and polish bars, saunas, steam rooms, and oversized whirlpool tubs.
At #3 is Acqualina Spa at Acqualina Resort & Residences on the Beach on Sunny Isles Beach. Acqualina as a whole has made many "best" lists and this spa sounds top notch. The amenities include a Finnish sauna and crystal steam room. There's also a Royal Spa Suite with a private steam room and rainforest shower.
And finally at #1 on USA Today's 10 Best Hotel Spas list is The Ritz-Carlton Spa in Orlando. This spa has 40 treatment rooms, plus a lap pool, salon and spa cafe. I love too that the treatments at the spa use ingredients from the resort's garden. Especially if you spend a lot of time at the theme parks, this would make for a great day of relaxation.
