For the first time ever, the Olympic Games have provided hospitality to enhance the already amazing experience of seeing the best athletes in the world compete in front of you. When attending events of Paris 2024, fans have the opportunity to enjoy world-class service, exclusive access, premium seating, entertainment, guest appearances, and in-venue and off-site hospitality lounges.
From an intimate dinner at the Louvre to entry to the Olympic museum, there are options for everyone — Gold, Silver, Bronze & Private boxes — ranging in price from around €100 to thousands per ticket depending on sporting event purchased.
The company behind the service is On Location— a global leader in providing hospitality and experiences. Although this is their first time curating experiences with the Olympics, they have years of partnership with major events such as the Super Bowl and NCAA Final Four.
There are hospitality lounges in 23 event venues of the Olympic Games and five off-venue hospitality spaces.
Salon 24 is one of the most exclusive sites offered. The Maison de l’Amérique Latine mansion has been transformed into an Olympic oasis including rooms of various Parisian-inspired cuisine, daily events and activities, entertainment, and Versailles-style gardens scattered with large screens so fans don’t have to miss a second of action. Guests can even take a picture with the iconic Olympic torch.
Another hospitality space is Clubhouse 24, located in Palais de Tokyo. The venue is usually dedicated to modern and contemporary art, On Location, and the IOC memorialized the Olympic Games from their origins to the present. The museum is filled with historical artifacts, like a display of all the torches throughout the years, an art gallery created by former Olympians, and rooms dedicated to immersing visitors in the mindset of specific sports.
Other experiences available include a night of cocktails and drinks on a boat upon the Seine and a lounge within the top of the Eiffel Tower.
“Honestly, we just gave them some money and they did the rest,” a guest at Salon 24 recounted.
She walked through the process of submitting her top few sports she’d like to see and the dates she’d be in Paris. From there, On Location handled everything — from the event tickets, hotel, flights, and transportation while at the Games. For those not at the Paris 2024 Games, don’t fret, On Location has partnered with the Olympics for the Milano Cortina 2026 Winter Games and when Los Angeles hosts the Summer Games in 2028.
