We all know that bachelor parties can be crazy and that may be the word to describe how it felt when this groom-to-be caught a hammerhead shark in Pompano Beach.

The lead-up to getting married can be stressful, but it sure is exciting. There's a lot to prepare for between getting everything booked like the photographer, venue, florist, DJ, etc. I've never been married, but a lot of people say that while it's the best day, with so much going on it goes by so fast and at the end the guests enjoy it more than they do.

But one thing that the actually bride and groom DO get to enjoy for themselves in the bachelor and bachelorette parties leading up the nuptials. And one groom-to-be had quite a catch at his bachelor party in Pompano beach.

Forget The Bouquet, This Groom-To-Be Caught a Hammerhead Shark In Pompano Beach

A big tradition during the wedding reception is for the bride to throw the bouquet. But in this case, the groom-to-be didn't catch the bouquet, he caught a hammerhead shark in Pompano Beach during his bachelor party over the weekend.

I love going fishing. One of my favorite fish I've caught was in Mexico when I caught a barracuda. When that thing bit, I swore I had a whale on the line, it was so heavy. Took me a while to reel it in, but man was it a thrill!

He may think his bride-to-be is quite a catch, but this one may be even bigger. According to WFLA, Bob Takacs and his friends went out with Mark the Shark's fishing charter when on his line, he didn't just feel a fish, but a 15.5 foot hammerhead shark that weighed nearly 1,200 pounds. Mark the Shark even said it's one of the largest sharks they've caught in recent years.

The 2024 Summer Olympic Games in Paris are just around the corner. The games will begin on Friday, July 26, 2024 and wrap up on Sunday, August 11, 2024.

It's hard to believe the Summer games are almost here. My in-laws actually just travelled to Paris, from Fort Myers, last month, and the years long preparations are well under way. My mother-in-law got some pictures of the setup around the city.

I personally always look forward to the swimming, gymnastics, diving and track and field. But, I was doing some research on the athletes representing the United States this summer and I may have added a few new favorites to my list. 😉

Not only are these athletes beyond talented, they're pretty easy on the eyes as well.

In the past, I've given you my lists of the hottest NFL quarterbacks, the hottest NFL coaches, and the hottest NBA players. So, I thought, what a perfect time to share my list of the hottest male Olympians that are competing for the gold for the United States in this years summer games?

Hottest Male Olympians

As I said before, this list isn't all about looks. Swagger plays a part too. I'll be honest, I am not familiar with all of these athletes, so in those cases, their pictures could have deceived me. And I'll let you know in advance, I tend to favor men with a little bit of facial hair and shorter hair on the head. I don't always like tattoos, but sometimes they work.

Keep in mind that everyone has their own taste. So, don't come for me if you don't agree with my list of 9 of the hottest male Olympians competing for the United States in Paris. These are in no particular order.
