Sydney Sweeney’s Florida Neighbor Victim Of A Break In

Florida life may be treating the Euphoria star well, but Sydney Sweeney's Florida neighbor just had one of the creepiest break ins you'll ever hear.

Sydney Sweeney recently purchased a $13.5 million mansion on Summerland Key in Florida. The house boasts six bedrooms, eight bathrooms, a chef’s kitchen, a wine room that will hold up to 520 bottles, a 330-gallon aquarium, elevator, gym, and a game room. Paparazzi videos show that she's enjoying the Florida life.

Less than a mile from her new home, however, things got pretty shady. According to the Monroe County Sheriff's Office, A 29-year-old man was arrested Monday for breaking into a woman’s residence and touching her inappropriately.

" The 21-year-old victim stated she found her neighbor, Zepeda, sitting on her front porch on Summerland Key at approximately 4:40 p.m. Zepeda stopped the victim from closing her front door, gained entry inside, and began hugging her without her consent. She was able to get him out of her residence and call 911.

Zepeda attempted to gain re-entry to the victim’s residence until the Sheriff’s Office arrived whereupon he was quickly detained and taken to jail."

The arrested man's address is 25024 45th Street on Summerland Key, less than a mile from Sydney's new spot. He's been charged with a felony count of burglary and a misdemeanor count of battery, so hopefully that $20,000 bond holds him for awhile.

I imagine with such a celebrity moving to the small area of Summerland Key, the sheriff's office is probably already running additional patrols there. #KeepSydneySafe

In other news, a nuclear Russian submarine carrying guided missiles along with the advanced guided-missile frigate Admiral Gorshkov just went through that area on their way to Cuba, passing by just 25 miles off the Florida coast. Plus we're just getting into hurricane season.

I'm hoping all of this makes it into the new Grand Theft Auto 6 when it comes out.

Miami Swim Week 2024 - The Shows, returned to South Beach in Miami, Florida for a week of runway shows, receptions and afterparties. These are the hottest styles for 2024, whether you're hitting Miami beaches, Fort Myers, Naples, or anywhere the sun leads you.

Some of the the diverse lineup of designers this year included Miami-based designer, Ema Savahl; British brand, Mars The label; European Brand, Lascana; Liberty & Justice + The Made in Africa Collective; USA brand, Salty Mermaid Swim; Canadian designer, Olivia London; Mexican brand, Liech Antel Swimwear; French brand, Banana Moon, Peruvian brand Kené Kaya and Emerging Designer’s Collective.

Singer / Songwriter Felsmere made a return appearance to the event, performing for a second consecutive year during the Axil Swim Fashion Show for Miami Swim week 2024. “I was so honored to perform at the Axil Swim Show again this year, the energy was insane! Tanya Rad, LA Radio Host of On Air With Ryan Seacrest closed the SoBe Girl Swim show. This marks Tanya's first ever modeling experience. Her photo is in the gallery.

The primary location for the shows was the SLS South Beach Hotel, known for it's amazing views of both the beach and the city.
