Let's look at the greatest women in sports today on International Women's Day.  The first National Women's Day began in 1909 and. started behind the efforts of the Socialist Party of America, believe it or not.  The day is rooted in demands for equal pay and equal treatment.  Certainly, women made numerous contributions to society over the years in the Arts, Business, Science, and Sports, just to name a few.
