This is the Buffalo Bills make or break off-season.  Why are we discussing this three days after the Super Bowl?  Because today is Bills Hall of Famer Jim Kelly's 64th birthday.  Two notes of interest.  First of all, we are glad Jim Kelly is still around after a pretty rigorous bout with cancer.  And because it's his birthday and since we just finished another Super Bowl, and given the Bills awkward history in the Super Bowl, we thought we'd look at the current Bills situation.

This is a playoff ready team annually.  The question remains as to how far this team can go.  They got off to a horrible start this season, including a season opening loss to the mostly Aaron Rodgers-less Jets.  They struggled to get to 6-6 and then finished strongly against a brutal schedule to make the post season.  Due to a missed kick in the Divisional Round against the Chiefs, this team with Super Bowl aspirations went home early.

The Bills organization is at a cross-roads.  They are good and they are built to be good for a few years with Josh Allen and Company.  But if they come up short again in 2024?  Will there be major changes to the coaching staff and roster?  Probably.  In the meantime, let's look at the Bills, past and present, with trivia on Craig Shemon and Company on ESPN Southwest Florida.
