The NFL Divisional Playoffs show that the NFL's idea of parity does seem to work.  On average, a little more than half of the NFL's post season teams return to the post season the following year. Certainly, those results keep a lot of NFL fans interested each year.  Now that the Wild Card round is in the rear view mirror, we thought we'd compare the Division round of playoff participants to last year's teams.

NFL DIVISIONAL PLAYOFFS

2023-24 presents us with the Texans, Ravens, Chiefs, Bills, Packers, 49ers, Buccaneers and Lions.

Last year we saw the Jaguars, Chiefs, Giants, Eagles, Bengals, Bills, Cowboys, and 49ers.

So, only three of the eight teams from last year's Divisional round made it this far this season.  Let's see how well we remember last year's Divisional round of the playoffs before we launch into this season's with trivia on Craig Shemon and Company on ESPN Southwest Florida.
