Florida Woman Went To Extremes After Being Denied Ride From Stranger In West Palm Beach

When it comes to what Florida Woman is capable of, there's really no limit to the craziness, and one went to extremes after being denied a ride from a stranger in West Palm Beach.

It's happened to me while pumping gas in Fort Myers, where people come up and try to strike up a conversation. I've had people ask for gas money, money for a bus pass, money for food, etc. I heard from a buddy the other day that some men approached him trying to sell some gold chains and a TV (sounds super legit). Usually, when you say "no", they may sneer at you, but typically they just walk away. But that's the exact opposite of what happened to an unsuspecting man at a gas station in West Palm Beach.

According to CBS12, a man was minding his own business and pumping his gas at a Chevron gas station in West Palm Beach. He was approached by a woman, who didn't just ask for a ride, but got into his car and asked for a ride to Miami. He said no, and that's when things escalated. Originally she was just getting mouthy and showing some un-lady-like hand gestures, eventually leaving. But when he went in to pay for his gas, she returned and got in the car once again. It was then, that 27 year-old Antonina Pevzer, angry that the man denied her a ride, lit up a cigarette. But not to enjoy herself. No, this cigarette she put into a box of tissues. Thankfully police arrived on scene and was able to remove it before the car and everything inside of it went up in flames.

Pevzer was arrested on charges of burglary and unlawful disposal of a lighted object.

I'm trying to figure out if there's a lesson here. But the only lesson is that you can never put ANYTHING past Florida Woman.
