Kirk Herbstreit Has Had Enough of FSU

It appears that Kirk Herbstreit has had enough of FSU fans. Yesterday he sent out a 350-word response to a Seminoles fan who apparently was the straw that broke the camel's back. Some of my favorite lines include him bringing up the Seminoles getting in the BCS National Championship Game over Miami (who beat FSU) in 2000 and the difference between best and most deserving. But this is a bigger problem for Florida State. See, they are becoming annoying about the whole thing. Most of the country understood the outrage. I mean, what more could Florida State have done? They scheduled tough non-conference opponents, beat the teams in front of the (all of them), and won a conference championship game with a 3rd-string quarterback. But the fan base is becoming annoying about it now. And it's not just Kirk Herbstreit who has had enough of FSU.

Florida State fan is working it into every single conversation we are having on air. Talking about Justin Herbert going on IR, and Seminoles fans cant type fast enough to say their season is over. Even though that is true in this case. What is becoming annoying about this is the baked in excuses that are already being laid out before the Georgia game. Guys opting out, transfer portal players, the game doesn't even matter... I've heard them all. You want to shut people like me up FSU? Go out and beat Georgia. You do that and I will fully support you claiming a National Championship this season. Until then, sit down and lets ALL get on with our lives.
