Birthday Surprise: Florida Woman Sneaks Alligator into Hotel Bathtub

Panama Championship - Round One alligator

When it comes to birthday surprises, most of us settle for a cake, a card, maybe some balloons if we're feeling fancy. But one Floridian woman decided to up the ante by "borrowing" an alligator for a birthday photoshoot that would make jaws drop, quite literally.

Madison Stephan, a woman with a daring streak, hatched a plan that involved an alligator, a hotel bathtub, and a dash of stupid. She used to work at Croc Encounters in Tampa, and with a love for gators, she just couldn't resist the temptation.

According to the New York Post, Madison swiped an alligator from the facility without anyone's blessing. Apparently on a mission to make her birthday truly memorable. She even pulled off a mini heist, utilizing her insider knowledge and a set of keys to execute the daring abduction.

Having masterminded the operation, she transported her scaly accomplice across more than an hour's worth of Florida terrain to the Grove Resort and Water Park in Winter Garden. Once inside her hotel room, she unveiled her surprise: an alligator in the bathtub.

Now, let's pause for a moment. Imagine you're booking a room at a nice hotel, perhaps expecting a nice view or a comfy bed. Instead, you find yourself face to face with a toothy reptile soaking in your tub wondering why it's not in a swamp.

Unsurprisingly, hotel staff and wildlife authorities weren't thrilled about the unconventional guest. They reported that the gator was "cold to the touch" after its bath-time adventure.

Madison's friend soon spilled the beans, admitting that Madison had "a surprise" up her sleeve. Well, she certainly delivered on that promise!

In the end, the owner of Croc Encounters decided not to press charges against the alligator enthusiast. But one thing's for sure: Madison's birthday will forever be etched in memory as the day she made a splash by "borrowing" a gator for a photoshoot that no one will forget. Talk about a party that's off the scales!

Florida Man Mike Dragich Captures 10 Foot Alligator At Jacksonville Elementary School

Florida Man Mike Dragich is the total package. He's a local veteran in Jacksonville. He's an MMA fighter. And he's the guy they call when a Florida alligator becomes a problem. That's what happened last week with this 10 foot beast showed up in a parking lot at a Jacksonville elementary school.

Mike is a licensed trapper and knows what he's doing. Don't try this at home. He told Fox 35 ""We get there. I walked through the gate. And boom. There it was just ready to go right there in the parking lot, and we just had to get the job done."

We've seen a lot of alligator videos lately. We're right on the end of alligator mating season, so hopefully it'll slow down soon. But here's at least one more before the beasts calm down.

When I saw the video, even before Mike got to the gator you can see that thing didn't stand a chance. I wouldn't get near that thing without a suit of armor. This guy is sleeveless. I mean, what are the rest of the people there to do? I guess he needs someone to pass him the tape. That seems to be about it. This guy knows what he's doing.

The gator takedown

This is just nuts. With all the people screaming it was quite the scene.

So, what do you do for fun?

You could charge for these shows. How do you show no fear?

Is he even human?

That is some scary stuff. A true Florida Man.

Like he said earlier, don't try this at home

I can't even. I'm flinching just watching these videos.
