The money is certainly flowing around Naples Florida. Earlier this week we talked about a $175 million dollar home listing in Naples. Today we learn that Naples Florida billionaire resident Shahid Khan is looking to sell his $200 million dollar yacht.  As reported by Outkick "Khan has decided it’s time to part ways with ‘Kismet,’ the 312-foot, German-engineered yacht he purchased back in 2014. While the asking price is not listed, this puppy was worth an estimated $200 million back in 2018."

So how much? We really don't know. The listing says “serious inquiries only” so if he kept it nice it's got to be at least that much. It certainly has some history. Beyonce, Jay-Z and their kids rented it back in 2018. The yacht was also featured in the Ryan Reynolds movie 6 Underground.

So, what's a $200 million dollar yacht look like? Well, there's video. Who has a fireplace on a boat?

So why do you get rid of a $200 million dollar yacht? Naples Florida Billionaire Shahid Khan, with a net worth around 12 billion -  is upgrading. A $360 million dollar yacht that's even bigger. Tentatively named "Project Jag." The name of course a nod to the fact that Khan owns the Jacksonville Jaguars.  It certainly sounds like a boat that may be a bit too big for Naples Bay.

If you want to swing by and check out the Kismet - the yacht is currently anchored at coordinates Longitude: -80.17887°  Latitude: 25.78453°.  Miami.

Fort Myers Bar Named One Of South Florida’s Most Iconic

Fort Myers Bar Named One Of South Florida's Most Iconic

Bars are more than just places to grab a drink. They can become iconic institutions that capture the essence of a neighborhood, a city, or even an entire culture. From dive bars to rooftops to posh lounges, some bars have stood the test of time and become beloved landmarks. But what is it exactly that makes a bar iconic?

One key factor that can make a bar iconic is its location. Some bars are in a prime location that attracts a constant flow of customers. Others may be tucked away in a hidden alley or located in a historic building that adds to their charm.

Some bars have been around for decades or even centuries and have become woven into the fabric of a community. Some may have hosted famous patrons or have developed a signature drink or dish that has become legendary.

The decor and atmosphere of a bar can also play a big role in making it iconic. Some bars have that one thing that sets that apart from others. Whether it's a retro theme, a minimalist design, or a quirky collection of memorabilia. Other bars may have a particular ambiance sets it apart like a cozy fireplace, a beautiful waterfront or a fun dance floor.
