Gossip site TMZ reports that Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen have reached a settlement ending their marriage. The Tom Brady Gisele Bundchen divorce documents will be formally filed today. They report that lawyers for both have been working with a mediator to come to an agreement on custody and property settlement.

The gossip site also reports that the divorce document will be short. They additionally claim to have knowledge that the terms of the settlement will remain confidential and sealed.

The news comes the morning after Brady's Tampa Bay Buccaneers lost another game. On last night's Thursday Night Football, they were defeated by the Baltimore Ravens, 27-22. Tampa Bay is just 3-5 this season. Yahoo Sports notes that this is Brady's first three-game losing streak since 2002.
