NFL Suspends Antonio Brown for COVID-19 Protocol Violations

The NFL has suspended Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Antonio Brown for misrepresenting their COVID-19 vaccination status. Last month Brown was accused of buying a fake vaccination card.

Safety Mike Edwards and John Franklin III, a free agent have also been suspended.

Both Brown and Edwards will be out for three games without pay. If Franklin III signs with a team, his punishment will then be enforced.

After news of the suspensions broke, the Bucs released this statement:
