Billy Fuccillo, Legendary ‘Huge’ Car Salesman Has Passed Away

Billy Fucillo

It is a sad day today in Southwest Florida. Local philanthropist and iconic Kia car salesman, Billy Fuccillo died at the age of 64 on Friday.

Fucillo, who owned more than 25 dealerships in Florida and New York, was known for his tagline, “It’s gonna be huuuuuge!” but also for his big heart.

He passed away at his home in Florida after months of declining health, according to CNY Central. The Syracuse Auto Dealers Association announced Fuccillo's death Friday morning in an email to members.

Fucillo was very well known for his tv and radio commercials but had quietly gone absent last year in 2020 and had not filmed any new commercials. His sidekick, Caroline Renfro, had taken over filming commercials.

Fuccillo and his son, Billy Fuccillo Jr., owned several dealerships in Upstate New York but in January 2021, some of the locations were sold.

Billy Fuccillo will be dearly missed by all of us here at B1039 and in the community. We're sending our thoughts and prayers to his family and loved ones.
