Walmart Canada Apologizes for Selling Cocaine Santa Sweater

Walmart

Ugly Christmas sweaters are obviously very popular, but one sweater that appeared on Walmart Canada's website has led to an apology from the retailer.

A sweater showing Santa sitting behind a table with what appears to be lines of cocaine along with the message "Let It Snow" has been pulled from the website. In a statement to Global News, a Walmart Canada spokesperson said, "These sweaters, sold by a third-party seller on Walmart.ca, do not represent Walmart’s values and have no place on our website. We have removed these products from our marketplace. We apologize for any unintended offense this may have caused."

Perhaps Walmart Canada may need to revise how third-party retailer utilize their site, but hopefully, this won't land Walmart on the naughty list.
