After a long week of work, what better thing to do than to indulge in a weekend full of sports and firing up a nice parlay for some extra cash?! That’s right, not very much so let’s get to it!

Depending on the different sportsbooks out there, and your state of residency, you can build a pretty juicy three-leg parlay, and our partners at Dimers.com have done the hard work for us.

Pittsburgh Panthers at Virginia Tech Hokies on Saturday, October 16th

We head to Lane Stadium for a showdown between the Virginia Tech Hokies and the Pittsburgh Panthers, with both teams having an unblemished record in the loss column in conference play.

The Pittsburgh Panthers lead all of NCAA football with a points per game total of 52.6. Led by quarterback Kenny Pickett, who ranks near the top in several offensive categories, including 1731 yards and 19 touchdowns.

The Panthers alone have notched at least 41 points in each of their five contests thus far. I think we have a favorable line for the O/U total sitting at 55.5.

Look for the Pickett to come into the Hokie Territory and put on an offensive display, after Virginia Tech just gave up 32 to Notre Dame two weeks ago, and 27 to West Virginia two weeks before that.

PICK: Point Total OVER 55.5

Alabama Crimson Tide vs Mississippi State Bulldogs on Saturday October 16th

Yes, we know Alabama lost a heartbreaking defeat to Texas A&M last week. Let’s face it though, there’s a reason why Alabama is known to be one of the best programs in college football history.

Behind Heisman candidate Bryce Young, the Crimson Tide will come out with a chip on their shoulder in this one and look to score fast and early. The Tide rank with the best in scoring offense with 266 total points on the year.

On the other side of the ball, they rank 15th in yards given per play at 4.94.

I see Nick Saban having his squad ready to fire, and people will be reminded of why they are such a prestige program.

The Tide will roll past the Bulldogs in this one. For more free sports betting picks, head to Dimers.com.

PICK: Alabama to cover the spread (-16.5)

Dallas Cowboys at New England Patriots on Sunday October 17th

Finally, we turn to the NFL as the Dallas Cowboys march into Gillette Stadium against the Brady-less New England Patriots, leading the NFC East division and looking to take care of business.

One thing that stands out here to me is Dallas ranks directly behind the Buffalo Bills in scoring offense with 34.0 points per game, while New England ranks near the very bottom with 19.2 points per game.

New England are still trying to figure out how to gel together and score points, and Dallas’s offense is firing on all cylinders.

Look for Dak and his boys to come out of this one with a pretty favorable win.

PICK: Dallas to cover the spread (-3.5)
