Last night the NFL made us watch one of the most god awful football games of all time. Matt Ryan sucked. Frank Reich sucked, Nathaniel Hackett sucked, but Russell Wilson sucked the most. And wow did he suck. He was so bad. If you’re a Denver Broncos fan, I don’t know how you should feel right now. The way the offense looks decent between the 20’s, but then reverts to Pop Warner level execution in the Red Zone is something I can’t remember in the NFL. Russell Wilson threw 2 picks in the endzone last night, including the game sealing pick for the Colts. After the game Richard Sherman went OFF on his former teammate and the Broncos.

Russ Wilson is Overrated

It is no secret that Richard Sherman, and most of the Legion on Boom defenders don’t love Russell Wilson. In fact, they’ve said for years that Russ is overrated. But it sounded like sour grapes to me. Like these guys were upset that the franchise decided to stand behind their quarterback instead of their defense. Maybe they are right thought.

Russ is not Good

Russell Wilson is not good right now. Period. It’s okay to go through some rough patches of play, but it seems to go deeper than that in Denver. His teammates are frustrated with Russ, and it’s starting to show. This was KJ Hamler after Russ missed him on a wide open slant that would have won the game for Denver.

Broncos Country

It’s not just Russ’s teammates that are getting frustrated with “Mr. Limited”. Boos rained down on the Denver offense after each series. I’ve got some bad news for you Broncos fans- Russ isn’t going anywhere. According to Spotrac.com 2026 is the earliest the Broncos could move on from Russ without taking on major cap hits that would cripple the organization. Let’s look into some of the lowlights from last night’s game.
